Our New Pastor

Pastor Robin RayI want to say welcome to our new Pastor. Robin Ray joined us in May and we invite you to come to Worship at 10:00 am to meet her.

A lifelong Presbyterian, Robin was ordained as a deacon at age sixteen, and as an elder at twenty-two. Called to serve the Lord as a Minister of Word and Sacrament, Robin graduated from Wilson College in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania and from  Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, New Jersey. 

Robin comes to us from Wooster, Ohio, where she has served the First Presbyterian Church as Associate Pastor. A former kindergarten teacher, Robin has also served various churches as a Director of Christian Education and through her ministry to children and youth.  She also served as a chaplain to a Singles Christian Fellowship and is trained as a Healthy Congregations Facilitator.  

Passionate about pastoral care, Robin looks forward to the intimacy and family atmosphere of a smaller church. She is eager to get to know the Bridgeport Presbyterian Church family.
